Turret Placement Bug in Retcon's Rewind Time Ability

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play Retcon
2. Place her reset
3. Place two turrets
4. Use her reset ability
5. Repeat until turrets cannot be placed anymore (should take 2-3 times)

Explanation

While playing Retcon I picked up the disposable turret equipment. Obviously there is a really strong combo there where you can use her ability, place two turrets and reset. I did this probably two or three times before I could no longer place new turrets. I had 2/2 turrets, and blue outlines but was unable to place turrets for the rest of the game and remaining 2 stages.
