Explanation
"Bio Booster (And Other Potential Mission Elements) Appearing At Illegal Positions"
as you can see this bio booster appeared super close to the boss hole thing (idfk whats thats called) and yea we were able to unlock it but if it was a lil to close to the hole it might have been imposible to crack it open (as reported by other users)
