Shift to a War-Themed Aesthetic with Enhanced Customization and Low TTK

Point the game towards a war/more gritty atmosphere/aestethic (Titanfall)

It's not what the game seems to be right now, but I see it as something that could appeal to more people outside the competitive-focused arena shooter genre. A common complaint is how the game doesn't have an identity or soul, so, giving it a more serious, so a war aesthetic instead of a sports competition aestethic, I believe could be really good for the game.

By giving it this serious war atmosphere it could be more of an immersive experience instead of just this "it's an e-sports arena, so fine tune your aim and be better than your opponents" experience.

It's mentioned in the title, but something that builds off what a Titanfall 3 could have been would be the ideal, even though the team has said the game would not be a Titanfall 3. Give the game a serious war setting with cool vibes, and build upon that. Allow for customization and progression, make it a fun experience trying stuff out and unlocking things.

And about TTK, also Titanfall and other shooters like Call of Duty and Battlefield, their approach with a low TTK is completely different from arena shooters, they make guns feel powerful, just like they are in a war setting. This contributes to the atmosphere, since guns behave like the concept of guns that we have in real life, they can easily kill you, so the TTK in these games are very low, 3 or 4 shots and you're out, and I think this would also contribute to the vibe that gives the game immersion in a war setting, instead of say, having to land several bullets on enemies that are bullet sponges, in this current sports arena setting. Another example would be the old Crysis 3 multiplayer, in which you could make your loadout, unlock things, level up your gun, and also had a low TTK so the guns felt powerful and satisfying.

Also another thing of course would be having a lot of content, so many different guns with unique properties, a deep loadout customization that lets you make a very diverse builds instead of the current "you will always pick one primary, pick one of each perk, and choose a grenade" take, which is very shallow (a good take on this is that the game already has a gun that shoots explosive bullets, I don't have it yet but it sounds fun to use).

So, to mention an example, would be the pick 10 system from Call of Duty, where you can have different things in your loadout, you trade some things for others, and that I think is very good because it adds a lot of freedom, customization and fun.

So long story short, would be distancing from a competition arena aesthetic and following a more serious war vibe, with low TTKs, more of a "military cool tech" and less of a "competitive sports arena shooter" atmosphere, allowing for lots customization, progression and fun/cool loadouts.

I know these changes would be massive changes that would drastically change the game, and it would be highly unlikely given the direction that the game is going, but here goes what I think would make the game really stand out.
