Adjust Sniper Damage Mechanics and Add MENA Servers

Sniper is unplayable! You described it as a one shot one kill! It's not that if it if it is just to the head cause in reality any gun is one shot one kill to the head. It would be OP if it was one shot one kill to the chest yes but at least add a range where if I am close range it is a one shot one kill but not a one shot one kill at long ranges. Also please add MENA servers just like how every other game does it, thank you!
