Rework to the Rep, Skin and HDD system

Rep is way to long, thats a good and bad thing
The problem is that we have to grind a lot to get what we want, but having a lot to grind is cool. Could be solved by allowing us to somewhat chose what we unlock, making the thing more interactive and the grind seem less scary for the next thing you want.
You also gain way too little XP, and the HDD's are completely disconnected to it. I would suggest adding some HDD's and more filler stuff, but raising XP gain (would only work if we have more of a choice for what to unlock)

Skins unlock weapons, that undermines the Rep system completely. It doesnt make sense to get skins and not have the weapons, its frustrating, but you shouldnt get skins for weapons you dont own (save for bundles or things like twitch drops)

HDD's are confusing and lack variety, we could have more types (guns are already subdivided into types) and maybe even some filler stuff to make up for it. They should be more common and more scathered into other grinds, incentivizing you more towards each one. This, added with you ability to chose what you unlock and only getting skins for weapons you have, adds a lot of customizability for you own grind, and theoretically keeps the HDD's balanced if you have a few or a lot of weapons, not being a big push towards refraining to unlock weapons, since the HDD types make it less frustating getting skins for what you want

Not perfect, but the main issue is that HDD's, skins, rep system.. it all feels like they are fighting each other, instead of being connected
