Optimize Performance by Removing Certain Visual Effects

while getting the pictures for my visual clarity settings suggestion i realised that just a single paint speed bomb dropped my fps around 10 fps although not entirely why i made this, i made this after realising the jump pads (love the idle effect for it btw looks so cool) have a effect for once you jump on them like it took me around 10 hours on playing to even realise this small feature which is most likely tanking peoples fps since there are so many although im just assuming the jump pad part since i havent tested it. i believe some of these effects should be just removed as they arent worth the performance cost visual bloat for that small visual change.

some effects ive noticed but think could be removed and not impact peoples immersion or whatever (this is subjective). number 1 when a bullet hits a wall and creates this dust effect: i noticed this effect (i tested in practice range looking at the same wall soo might not be the most reliable) drops my cpu bound system (4070 super, 32 gigs ddr5 ram, ryzen 5 7500f 6 core) around 30 fps give or take 10 even though it is such a small feature which personally i would prefer off even without the visual clarity stuff in mind. number 2 bullet tracers (not all weapons bullet tracers are bad like the sniper one is good); honestly only noticed this one after looking for good example for this post and yet again id imagine this would just bloat the game as well as decrease performance
