[QOL/UI] Track Gigs via Scoreboard and Esc-Menu

I like grinding gigs, but I also want to know how far my progress is so I can plan how I want to play. It's also hassle to have the gigs you need to complete memorized and the UI that flashes when a gig is complete doesn't feel like enough.
