Kill counters

Kill counters are kinda broken rn, since default skins get them whenever you get a skin with one

also, getting a skin you already have, and only getting a kill counter, is frustrating

More than that, kill counters are temporary if the way to get the skin is temporary

Kill counters should just be unlockable. make them unlockable with challanges or even one of the prizes for the lootboxes, where you get more than one, being able to add to a skin you chose
