Weapon Balancing Feedback (Max Level Perspective)

Hey there team Empulse ^_^/ I’ve fully maxed out my character level and leveled every weapon to its maximum. I’m thoroughly enjoying the game, but after spending so much time with the game, I’ve noticed two major balance issues that could use some tweaking:

  1. The Hammer (Overpowered vs. Players / High Ping Issue) While it feels perfectly balanced against mechs, its ability to instantly one-shot players is incredibly frustrating—especially for anyone playing with 150ms+ ping. Right now, some players are exclusively running around using nothing but the hammer, creating an unfair advantage.

Suggested Fix: Either make the regular attacks a 2-shot kill, or require a fully charged heavy strike to achieve a 1-shot kill.

  1. The Shotgun (Projectiles Too Slow) Currently, the shotgun feels like it's firing tennis balls. The bullet/projectile speed is so slow that it takes way too long to hit targets. It was by far the most frustrating weapon to level up, and as a result, i see almost no one uses it in-game.

Suggested Fix: Increase the base projectile speed, or introduce a specific weapon mod that increases bullet velocity.

Can't wait to play it on launch (come drop by my stream as well, ttv/JetLagDown)
