Pilot Customization
This is all about your character on the ground. Every slot is independent so you can mix and match whatever you want.
Slots
Helmet, Visor, Chest piece, Left shoulder, Right shoulder, Arms, Gloves, Legs, Boots, and a Back piece like a cape, thruster pack, or banner.
Each piece has color channels so you set your primary, secondary, and accent colors across everything. Your pilot can look completely unique without needing a full outfit set.
Why This Makes Life Easier for 1047
Instead of designing entire outfits from scratch every season, the team only has to make individual pieces. One new helmet or a fresh shoulder pad is way faster to produce than a full outfit set. It also means they can mix and match existing pieces to create new bundles without building anything new, which saves a ton of time and lets them put that energy into actual game content instead.
Extra Touches
You could also customize things like a sidearm holster on the hip, a banner or emblem that shows up in the kill feed, and an execution animation for finishing moves. Spray tags for leaving your mark on walls would fit great too.
