Adjust Mech Size for Better TDM Experience in Mech-Only Game Modes

Mechs are to large for naps when TDM - Team Death Match With mechs only. There really big and if done correctly body block players in terrible spots (The body blocking idk if should be left on or turned off) but some maps need reworks or new maps completely for mech Only gamemodes
