Balanced Spawn Points for Mechs, Players, Bases, and Balls

Improve spawns to mechs, players, bases, and balls. Some maps include a base that is generally in a better position, and more open to a ball being thrown into it from the ball spawn. Often times player spawns are the exact opposite of the ball spawns, leading to the other team taking the ball home with no contest. Some maps also have mech spawn that veer closer towards one team than the other. Each team should have an equal amount of distance and time to reach a ball spawn, or a mech. Each base should have equal amounts of cover/openess. Spawns should never be across the map from the ball spawn. Player spawns should never be in a sight lane/runway that can lead to dying instantly upon respawn.
