Independent Balancing for Competitive and Casual Lobbies

Separate balancing for ranked/comp lobbies and quickplay/casual lobbies. If you're going to let comp players determine balancing, leave what they want in their comp lobbies and let casual players have fun! An example of this is the Hammer readjustments, the one-hit ability was chaotic and a lot of fun, removing it only makes the game more competitive and reduces the fun. Keep making balance changes based on what will be more competitive and casual players won't want to play since comp players will be practicing the meta in quickplay lobbies.
