Adjust Competitive Mechanics: Nerf Mechs, Carbine, and ARs for Balanced Gameplay

From a competitive standpoint, a few changes NEED to be addressed after playing unranked today.

The mechs for competitive need to either be removed entirely or significantly nerfed for 4v4, if you're determined to keep mechs in the pro scene I highly recommend nerfing the health/damage/etc whilst also limiting each team to only being able to go into one mech. The games felt more dependent on playing for mechs rather than playing the objective and that feels backwards.

The carbine needs a slight nerf the gun is very dominant and feels OP, nerfing the headshot damage might do the trick.

The current gun meta in competitive cords is all 4 players running 1 of the 2 ARs and for more role/gun variety I think nerfing the ARs close/medium range damage and increasing its long range damage might make the SMGs more viable on gamemodes that aren't Control or zone based whilst allowing ARs to still be good at the medium to long range gunfights.
