Lancer handbook, or codex, basically as the game grows, new weapons get added, new enemies, new features, new factions, new lore, major events, they get added to the handbook which can be a place for new or current players to “explore” the history of the world and lancer tactics, specific guides for play, best practices for guns, etc.. a way for people to better understand the world they play in, when you feel like you keep failing you could check the hand book and find a new tactic that can help you out of a rut, it could even have player involvement, like a official entry made by the devs and then sub entries on weapons or tactics by players to tell their methods for success. Just an idea to help the player understand the world they play better and have a stronger connection.
