Remove Auto Lock from Hammer to Improve Timing and Balance

For Starters I Love the hammer, but it can be annoying to use, and to counter. While most people complaining really just need to improve their tracking, I think a valid solution is to remove the auto lock. This helps everyone because a new skill will open up with timing the hammer to actually hit your opponent rather than wildly swinging in the air, as well as eliminating those times when your hammer clearly went through someone, but you swung a tiny bit earlier. Basically, no more autolocking and make it so that if the hammer actually contacts someone they die, not did you click near the enemy.
This mainly started as me not fully understanding its and I would swing early a lot when I was moving fast, but I think it would help balance this weapon. ALSO MORE MELEE WEAPONS ITS REALLY FUN
