Display Weapon Used by Killer in Post-Death Screen

I'd like to know what weapon the enemy was using when I was killed. Currently, there's no information when you die, but if I could see that I'm being killed by the same weapon multiple times, I could consider switching weapons, which I think would definitely lead to more strategic gameplay. A killcam would also help me notice my own mistakes and allow me to showcase my amazing plays.
