Connection and server improvements

I’ve been struggling with connection issues constantly since release… stuttering, rubber banding, phasing through walls, slower bullets and reload speeds. And it’s making the game seriously painful to play. I’ve made sure it’s not my internet or anything. I just think some server improvements and changes could be good for people like me lol who are dealing with server issues that aren’t coming from their internet
