#1) Mechs in Ranked
I'd suggest reducing the amount to 1 or removing them entirely from ranked. They are fun in pubs but they're not fun in ranked. People just grab both mechs and camp the obj

#2) Performance based ranked
Giving it your best and still losing s**** and i believe you should be rewarded for your performance to balance the points lost.
