Add confirmation button to ranked, making sure everybody is at they're device and ready to play.

Before every ranked match everybody must click a button, if not everybody does it the match will not start.

If everybody does it, the match will begin like normal, this will help filter out AFK people.

If someone clicks the button, but is still AFK they're team is able to report them and they will receive a temporary or if done a lot permanent ban from matchmaking ranked, as well as being replaced with an advanced bot (or even a normal one, depending on the ranks of the players).
