Add Counter for Guaranteed Purple/Gold and Flexible Class Change Timer

  1. counter on hdd screen showing how many more out of X you need for your guaranteed purple/gold

  2. more leniency on changing class timer when you spawn, i.e. have it be a bit similar to cod where if when you've spawned and don't deal/take damage you're able to change your class for a few seconds
