Implement Online/Offline Bot Lobby with Adjustable Difficulty Mode

Hey, can you please add an online/offline bot lobby full game mode. With ability to set up match details bot level strength!! I don’t know of a single sport where you walk off the street and start in the NFL, MLB, NBA, etc. without the ability to practice extensively! Thanks
