Dynamic Skill-Based Matchmaking Adjustment Based on Player Population

Please make SBMM in Quickplay dynamically adjust based on the current player population.

For example:

1,000+ players online: Full SBMM
500–999 players online: Reduced SBMM with a wider acceptable skill range
Below 500 players online: SBMM disabled entirely

With a low player population, strict SBMM can lead to extremely long queue times because the game is searching for players within a narrow skill range, potentially even on a different continent. I saw really high skilled people queue for 30+ minutes, while I (low skilled) found matches quickly.

Quickplay should prioritize finding a match quickly when the player population is low. I'd rather occasionally get my b*** kicked by a better player than sit in a queue waiting for a similarly skilled opponent who may never be found.

This dynamic approach would preserve balanced matchmaking when enough players are online, while preventing SBMM from becoming a major cause of long queue times during periods of low population.

Personally I hate SBMM, because I cannot see the skill ceiling if I don't get whooped through the lobby every once in a while. But I see why many people like SBMM. This could be a way to benefit from both extremes.
