Implement Weapon-Specific Loadout Presets for Efficient Build Management

Please introduce weapon-specific loadout presets instead of having each loadout slot store an entire build.

Currently, a loadout slot contains everything: the weapon, secondary weapon, attachments, perks, P.A.I.N.T., etc. This becomes unnecessarily restrictive when you want to have multiple builds for the same weapon. For example, if I want three different attachment setups for one weapon, I have to use three separate full loadout slots. (1 to run around really fast, 1 to get mechs down quick, 1 for normal gameplay - I want to switch mid game).

Instead, I suggest separating weapon selection from weapon-specific presets:

Choose the weapon you want to use.
Select one of the presets saved specifically for that weapon.
The preset contains the attachments, perks, P.A.I.N.T., and other relevant configuration.

This would make experimenting with different weapon builds much easier and would prevent loadout slots from being wasted on multiple versions of the same weapon.

It would also solve the problem of having more weapons in the game than available loadout slots, since players would no longer need to dedicate a full slot to every individual weapon/build combination.
