Nerf Suggestions for Sniper and Carbine Weapons

sniper and carbine nerf

both of these weapons are over powered ill go through why.

sniper: although it itself usually cant finish the kill 90% of the time right after your team mate will finish them off due to the fast movement and the small maps. i think non headshot dmg should be nerfed where they only do like 50 hp.

carbine: probably the most meta weapon in the game as it is good for all ranges pretty fast fire rate (yes i know it is the second lowest but still it isnt that punishing for missing) i believe the best ttk for most if not all ranges. i believe a small fire rate nerf or dmg nerf would be great
