Enhance User Interface and Gameplay Mechanics with New Features and Improvements

Feature Suggestions:
[QOL]:
- Show the weapon that killed you in death summary
- Grant the ability to change weapons/PAINTs in firing range
- Add accessibility options for adjusting the cooldown UI colors and animation (sometimes hard to tell in the moment if ability is on cooldown)
- Improve prompt for entering mechs (don't know if holding button for long enough - a timer maybe?)
- Improve melee prompt/feel - spamming faster than holding down, but doesn't feel like it should be spammable
- Add quick melee option (swap to melee, hit, return to weapon), but it uses the standard swapping animations so it's balanced
- Reload while using PAINTs/grapples
[Big Changes]:
- Add mech weapon customization
- Add more dynamic PAINTs (freeze, low gravity, invisibility, etc.)
- Make sights actually do something - the halo-style zoom is awkward IMHO
- Don't lock weapons to level progression - only their components
- Add the ability to ride on top of mechs either as a teammate or as an enemy
