when me and my friend try to do diluvian on separate servers and together no monsters spawn and when i pull the lever to escape no portal opens

I started and no enemies spawned so I stopped the diluvian wheel and it wont let me start and just keeps spinning and there is no portal out so the only way to leave is to exit roblox.

Deluvian doesnt start and when you stop it, it is just keeps you in there with no portal.
