Explanation
If you get kicked by a sharko or ragdolled in any way before hitting the lava at the bottom of the fall areas there is a high chance you'll just clip through and get stuck below

Nah, it's layer 3
Hear me out: Layer 3 will maybe be reachable through Saramaed Hollow. Because of ouroboral husks (The teleporter thingy) being from ventworms which are found in Layer 3, if their shed skins are in Saramaed Hollow, how did they get to Layer 3? Not to mention the husks calls SH something that sounds like an entrance
Or maybe I'm just losing my mind
