Explanation
Swapping instances in any manner whether that be loading into deepwoken for the first time, going into a dungeon, swapping luminants/depths.
all of these things have a chance to bug your game and cause infinite loading times

additionally, ui bugs out so hard you can see the menu screen server list and character creation menu
all on the same screen 🔥 🔥
