Explanation
if you shrine of order with the weapon equipped and you go below the requirements you can still equip

they tried to fix it but failed
or well
they did fix it
but then they unfixed it somehow
theres a patch note about them fixing being able to shrine down weapon requirements
yeah but instead of actually fixing it they just made it scale so its intentional
its not
confirmed by testers
scaling were made for those who have abused it
and for other bugs like that
sadly it also affects the builds which are old
like if req for weapon was changed and it would affect you
they should make it intentioinal ooo
not really intentional because side weapon like shield and side gun gets unequipped
its not intended at all
so is the scaling debuff a temporary fix or will you still be able to keep a weapon below your stats after shrine of order?
