do you remember if during prog you have hoped servers/joined the slot and got the talent out on nowhere just to remind that talent quests hand will only appear after the rejoin

i waited til power 20 to do these quests, and unfortunately dont have evidence

i have left and rejoined a few times, no result

yeah i did escape depths one

you most likely got one and didnt notice from a quest but since you did 2 bravery type quests it does not give 2 talent hands
