Explanation
The authority origin quests in miners landing bugged rn (atleast for me) the hostage ones doesnt even spawn hostage to start with just the pirate, and the perimeter security gives you 20 whole minutes to swim there resulting in a 15 minutes waiting just so you can start waiting those 2 mins at the flag. Also fix the rank up point debt because how the h*** i need to get up from the debt if every second quest is miner landing hostage withiout a hostage 😐
