Explanation
Not the regailia, you can get a bell on each new character each time guranteed by going in iron vow in character creation, pick any momento that has a starting resonance then switch back to pathfinder and you will keep that momentos resonance on your normal character.
THE RESONANCE DOES COUNT TOWARDS ECHOES so it can be abused for echo farming.
Also it lets you go inside Yun Shul so potentially infinite wishes.
