Explanation
Alright so, the hippocampal pool has been patched ig, but the game does not let me pass down any more items from a previously wiped slot. I had enough echoes to pass down 2-3 items, after VOI it didnt let me do that anymore. Now after it got patched, the passdown limit has been reached, even thought I didn't pass down all of my items.

its because every time you disconnected before when it was bugged, it counted as a passdown slot taken
