Explanation
So, i was trying to get contractor and i was on the last part (using shrines to then talk to yunshul and then to lord regent)
Everything was going smooth until i tried using the shrine of unification and it didnt seem to work, I didn't put much mind into it and used other shrines. Once i was done with the progression i needed to get my mantras and talents left -- So i tried using the shrine of unification.. and it's kind of.. soft-blocked or something? I dont know, im trying to select the talents that i need and its not working, it just doesnt select anything at all, nor does it show anything when i try to look for talents on the search bar.

Small update, Shrine of Chance doesn't work either.
Nor for degradation, elevation or exchange

it still selects it systematically, click the talents and click confirm
