this isn't important anymore but

• rewards for reports aren't done anymore
• private reports can be done by dming testers (see PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING for more details)
• making a bug report and intentionally gatekeeping the bug is likely to get you blacklisted from making bug reports in the future since all it does it waste time

if you intend to gatekeep a bug, don't make a report on it in the first place.

It's VOI talents. I don't know if it was fixed in this update though.
