Explanation
Despite the bug itself being fixed, if you tried to passed down prior it would still take up your passdown slots without passing the item down. I havent been able to pass down my astral sword or pleeksty inferno because of this. So if they could do like a global passdown restore or something?

its exactly what you said yeah, when you got kicked from a previous bug which is now passed it took a passdown slot
