Explanation
Went to fight to shogun and couldn't hit him, m1's would phase through him. was "killed" left at 0% but I was still able to walk around and I couldn't swing anymore, I left the server ended back at cerebral's spire and couldnt teleport out or interact with any npc's. Went to main menu and wiped my character and now it's stuck in fragments of else with no way to respawn or restart my progression. My slot is locked here essentially.
