Explanation
I got a talent hand that doesn't give me any talents and is unselectable, therefore barring me off from investing stats and levelling up.
(I believe) the talent hand was given after doing any of those quests that give you an extra talent hand, like any Bravery or Compassion. The quest I did specifically was the Ministry Field Report (Curiosity), then I logged to hop servers and got the bugged talent hand. I'm not max level nor did I level up at all after doing the quest, so I shouldn't even have gotten the talent hand prompt.
Of note, I had the same glitch occur to me on a different slot, though the problem resolved itself. Not sure if this is part of a different glitch or this is the extent of it, but I couldn't find anything about this.
