this is what he has done He got ally rep with mini and etris then he did duke then he did a deal with 4 shrines

then he popped bell then he went to talk to yunshul but it didnt give him any oath option

and then he accidentally used his yunshul wish to go to the surface so we did miserables to get another wish but hes still not getting any option so he did Duke and raised his etris and mini rep more and still getting no opption funniestguy

you dont need wish to get the contractor thing anyway which 4 shrines

Make more deals with deep shrines the counting is buggy I encountered this issue myself just go crazy on the shrines

with the same 4 shrines and it worked for some reaosn

this has been an issue for a long time but its never getting fixed cause devs would rather drop iron s*** and port the movement over to pathfinder

facts bro i got stuck in layer 2 last night bcus the npcs were floating i was stuck and then i check the update logs to see if they fixed it and they make heroblade 75->100 elemental

i had to get out by beating chaser which was just annoying

looool i was in the exact same situation also i sat for 4 days waiting for the voi bug to be fixed where you cant rebreak the barrier if you leave to progress to pwr 20 before fighting regent, finally weekly update drops and its NOT fixed 😭 i bugged into the throne room and then immediately died to the boss because of how unoptimised it is

the counting isn't buggy, certain shrines don't work on purpose this is intended

I been doing the quest line on my new slot and I've noticed kenneth isnt despawning where he post at

but his dead body still apears, I also have the manor key and killed duke, talked to shrines and also got the yunshul voice dialouge

But I somehow cant go talk to lord regent to claim the oath, I'm not sure if kenneth still appearing is the problem but ive done everything

Does having murmur softlock before quest?

having murmur does not softlock the quest

the only way to softlock yourself from getting contractor is going back to lord regent after defeating duke and telling him that you defeated duke. Dont do that and you'll be fine

kennith not despawning is something you should not worry about

I pray I dont have to wipe because of recent voi issues
