Explanation
if you equip tiny soul ring it takes away your ability to parry aswell not just block. i tried unequipping the ring to atleast have SOME chance against the boss i was fighting but when i take it off the effect still stays and i cant parry or block. (sadly no proof because i dont have the thing that lets you display your keystrokes but you can test this out yourself pretty easily by just getting your hands on a tiny soul ring and trying to parry the air)
