Explanation
I’ve only seen it while progging deepbound but every thresher event or wild thresher will automatically point towards and aggro onto the nearest player making it impossible to sneak up on them to separate them sort of like how owls have 360 degree vision (those are also bugged and just skip the dialogue and insta aggro when you find them)

allowing them to smell the player anywhere within their aggro range
