Explanation
If you try to use windwaker while in combat, you won't be able to use it once out of combat until you server hop. Similar to the unusable kamui bug. Temporary fix could let us refresh the combat tag check somehow? On an unrelated note, yall should buff it since it can no longer be used in combat.
