Explanation
I have 75 strength and I did the boulder push with tolkar and did the rest of the dialogue but I somehow didn't get the strength unbound talent, what's even weirder is that I could put in some points into strength so now I have 78 strength but can't get to 80 for skyshatter kick

if you have +3 from aspect points, if you are at 75 of that stat you are basically at 72 and cannot unbound

I did manage to get the strength unbound back after i saw him back to his boulder pushing state
