Explanation

⏬ Linkstrider's heal now heals less if another Linkstrider has recently healed you. This is in an effort to stop it being such a powerful tool in flooding/outnumbered scenarios

It sounds like it wouldnt affect if one person uses sustain twice with vortex echo and only if two different people use sustain but it affects vortex echo double sustain.
i think its unintended because of how its phrased in the update log but if one person uses sustain twice with vortex echo it heals a LOT less

as you can see the second heal heals less which i assume is unintentional cause how they said it in the update log
