Allow Players to be Co-Owners with Command Authority and Limit Name Tag Changes for Moderators

🇬🇧 I suggest you make a Person be able to be Co Owner (able to give cmds)
And moderators CANNOT change all name tags (as this can cause raids)
For admins maybe add Flashing blue and red lights
🇩🇪 Ich schlage vor, dass eine Person Mitinhaber sein kann (und somit Befehle erteilen kann). Moderatoren dürfen außerdem nicht alle Namensschilder ändern (da dies zu Raids führen kann). Für Administratoren könnten blinkende blaue und rote Lichter hinzugefügt werden.
