geared people are camping anyway with the design of the map.. i hope it would lead to more interactions south east

rn the pvp is heavy focused around... cedro/gas zone and bunker
i think it will spread the pvp
but thats why i think 80 pop people will leave the bunker area and spread out more not waiting around the gas for pvp
if it dosnt work its very easy to put the pop back to 60

80 slots would only be good if you want to give more people the chance to play on the server but honestly it won't end well at all.
Geared people will sit there and camp spawn towns or kill every freshie until people get enough of it and don't want to play anymore.
Now it's already an issue because some POIs are too close to the spawn town and freshies bump into geared people that are trying to run around through the gas zone.
I'm pretty sure there will be people that would vote for yes but then complain when they constantly get blasted in the face by a player that has a DMR or whatever.
Yeah, people can camp but personally don't understand what joy it brings them to kill a freshie that only has some bandages and fruit maybe lol. If people want battles then they can sit there and camp a well but hunt people with gear down 🤷🏻♀️😅
Also the map design can probably be changed a bit.
Work on different spawn areas etc.
If 80 slots ever will become a thing maybe another POI can be added between south & south east so that people would be interested in going there.
I def understand your point of view and would even agree with it if what I said above would be possible.
I think upping the pop to 80 should be done on last day of testing as a "mayham"-ending.
Well, it would be worth a try and just like you said it can be put back to 60 if it doesn't work.
