Adjust Foraging Cap and Fix Attempt Count Issue

Removal of the Maximum forage attempts within an hour. If foraging has a 30second cooldown, that makes it at most, 120 successful forages in an hour, which in theory is the cap. The only time you can have more attempts is if you fail to forage for whatever reason (normally because you're too close to the previous attempt) and you're able to hit the button multiple times since it's not on cooldown yet. Either way, you're unable to successfully attempt a forage 120 times in an hour.

On a related note, the attempt count per time may be bugged. I am running a macro that hits the forage button every 46 seconds, which means that I wouldn't be foraging more than 75 times an hour and I will still hit the cap and be unable to continue foraging.

This was another topic of debate. The whole reason for the maximum attempts per hour was to discourage macroing or AFK foraging.

It's supposed to be an active gameplay feature not an AFK feature for RLS grinding!

I'm going to keep the maximum attempts per hour, as it's working as intended limiting your attempts even when failing!

That's fine. You may need to change the message then because it's not calculating a per hour basis. It's calculating how many you've done, stopping at I'm guessing at 120, and then putting you on a 1 hour cooldown. I've been able to prove that by intentionally throttling my foraging to be 50 attempts an hour and I'm getting the message of reaching the cap after a couple of hours. And the I have to stop for an hour and I can go back and do it again.
