Make lots account wide rather than per character. So rather than 10 characters with 15 lots each, pool the lots at 150 for the whole account, then characters pull from that pool. This is a idea that I have seen work well on some Precu servers, massive QOL for traders that would normally have to transfer structures and manage multiple toons.
