The "Entertainer Buff Terminals" and "Medic Buff Terminals" will not be made portable.
The intention of these terminals was to make use of the player city structures for the Cantina and Hospital, to give them purpose. If I make them portable again then players won't need to go back to the Cantina or Hospital for those buffs. I don't want to undermine that purpose.
